Where is Grafest being organized?
Grafest is being organized in Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun Uttarakhand from 15th April, 2026 till 17th April, 2026. Exact google map location is at end of the page.
How to participate in the Events? Do i need to pay any extra charges?
To participate in the events, one needs to buy the Fest passes. We have 2 passes - One pass comes with accommodation and food i.e. All in access passes provide you with access to all the events, whereas the second pass is without accommodation where we do not provide any food, stay facilities you have to arrange for yourself in that pass.
Do GEU/GEHU students need to buy the fest passes?
No, GEU/GEHU (All campuses) do not need to buy the pass, they can register directly from the Graphic Era student ERP portal for free!
I have Purchased the pass now how to select events in which i want to take part in?
After you have successfully purchased the pass, you have to go in your events tab in the navigation bar, and then check all the boxes in which you wish to take part. Fill the form carefully, only once.
What is difference between Techsprint pass and all in access with accommodation pass?
While both Techsprint and All in access pass with accommodation provide food and accommodation for all 3 days of Grafest, through All in access pass you get access to all the 25+ events.
