Contestants are challenged to rap or freestyle, coming up with spontaneous lyrics and rhymes that engage the audience. This event is all about quick thinking, wordplay, and rhythm, as performers demonstrate their ability to think on their feet while delivering clever, impactful lyrics. Freestyle/Rap is a powerful form of self-expression, where each participant showcases their personality, flow, and lyrical ingenuity, making it a high-energy and entertaining competition.

Rule:
- Performance Duration: Ensure your freestyle fits within the allotted time that is 4 to 5
minutes. - Creative Rhyming: Creativity and originality are key. Judges will look for unique flow,
wordplay, clever punchlines and Beat Selection - Flow and Delivery: Judges will evaluate how smoothly and confidently you deliver your
lyrics, maintaining rhythm and control. - Lyrical Content: Creativity, wordplay, punchlines, and complexity of your lyrics will be
assessed. The cleverer and more impactful your rhymes the better. Using slangs and cuss
words are strictly prohibited and using them will result in your instant disqualification. - Stage Presence: Confidence, energy, and crowd engagement are essential. Maintain eye
contact and use body language to enhance your performance. - Maintain Professionalism: Be respectful to the judges, other competitors, and the
audience. Bad behaviour or inappropriate content can hurt your chances. - Approved Music: Bring your own beats or backing music, make sure it’s in the
competition’s approved format and is prepared in advance. - Respectful Language: Be mindful of the language you use. While rap battles can be
aggressive or intense, competitions have rules against explicit language or offensive
content. - No Visual Distractions: Avoid distracting visuals or non-verbal performances.
