2. Exhibition Guidelines
- Participants and exhibitors must adhere to the assigned booth spaces and setup guidelines.
- Booths should be set up and ready at least 1 hour before the event starts.

- No hazardous materials, open flames, or unauthorized electronic equipment are allowed.
- Any material displayed should be factually accurate and relevant to petroleum science.
- Exhibitors must dismantle their setups responsibly and clear the area after the event.
